Willie Wiese

Willie Wiese is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Group General Manager of Manufacturing at Alliance Group Limited since November 2017, Willie oversees one of New Zealand's largest companies with a turnover of $1.6 billion and a workforce of approximately 4,700 employees. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at Asaleo Care, where Willie led the end-to-end supply chain, and Group General Manager at Amcor, managing a $600 million paper mill installation program. Additionally, Willie served as Group Executive for Tissue and Corrugated Business at Nampak, representing the company on various boards across four African countries. Willie's education includes multiple master's degrees in Engineering and Business from the University of the Witwatersrand.
