Cathy Estes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Cathy started their career as a Program Supervisor at The Key Program, Inc in 1989 and worked there for 7 years. Cathy then joined Wake County as a School Based Therapist in 1996 and stayed until 2001. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a Regional Director at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia. In 2008, they joined Triumph LLC as a Director of Operations and held that position until 2013. Cathy then joined Alliance Behavioral Healthcare as a Credentialing Manager from 2013 to 2014, and later became their Director of Provider Network Operations, a role they still hold.
