Jeramy Goble, MBA, ITIL, currently serves as the Manager of Data Operations at Alliance Health since April 2023, overseeing data operations to enhance health service delivery for the uninsured and Medicaid recipients. Prior to this role, Jeramy was the Director of Information Systems and Technology at the East Tennessee Health Information Network, where ITIL best practices were implemented to improve service delivery through the creation of KPIs and SLAs. Jeramy's experience includes leading technical teams at GEHA Health and HCA Healthcare, managing complex IT environments, and supporting cloud solutions. With a background in server operations and technical support dating back to 1999, Jeramy holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Conducting, Music Composition & Theory from Brevard College.
