Lamar Jamond Fullwood

LaMar Jamond Fullwood is an experienced professional in the fields of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health services. Currently serving as an IDD Care Navigator at Alliance Health since August 2014, LaMar is responsible for connecting individuals and families with special needs to essential services while promoting optimal health outcomes and reducing emergency service utilization. Concurrently, LaMar holds the position of Qualified Professional for I/DD and Mental Health Services within the Wake/Durham/Orange County system since August 2003. Previously, from August 2016 to December 2018, LaMar worked as a Life Skills Facilitator Coach at VINEBROOK Community Services, focusing on reintegration support for incarcerated individuals. LaMar obtained a degree in Sociology/Social Work from North Carolina Central University between 1999 and 2003.
