Fabian Delgado

Fabian Delgado, MD, FACP, CMD has extensive experience in various medical director positions. Fabian currently holds the role of Medical Director at Webster Park Rehab with Marquis Health Consulting Services since July 2019. Fabian also served as a Medical Director with Genesis from February 2020 to June 2021 and with Alliance Health & Human Services since May 2019. Dr. Delgado has expertise in post-acute care as an Attending Physician with Vantage Healthcare since February 2020. Fabian has also held positions as an Associate Medical Director with Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care since July 2016 and as a Medical Director with Blue Hills Alzheimer's Care Center since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Dr. Delgado worked as a Clinical Instructor and Collaborative Physician with Ideal Healthcare Limited from August 2014 to the present, and with Visiting Practitioners LLC from June 2018 to April 2020. Fabian also served as the Medical Director for Life Care Centers of America from June 2015 to May 2020. Additionally, Dr. Delgado held the position of Medical Director of the TCU (Transitional Care Unit) at New England Sinai Hospital from April 2020 to June 2021.

Fabian Delgado, MD, FACP, CMD completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil from 1995 to 2002. Fabian then pursued further education at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where they completed the Internal Medicine Residency Program from 2007 to 2010. In 2015 to 2016, Dr. Delgado attended the University of California, San Francisco for a Fellowship for Healthcare Leaders. Fabian has also obtained various certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and being a Certified Medical Director in Long Term Care (CMD). Additionally, they hold a Medical License from the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as being a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Delgado is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).
