Marco Kerschen is General Counsel for the international business of Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), which consists of the global pharmaceutical wholesale business, the international pharmaceutical business (excluding the UK and Ireland) and the global consumer brands division.
Prior to joining the WBA in September 2018, Mr. Kerschen held senior leadership positions
at L'Oreal, Ralph Lauren and Procter & Gamble. He specializes in corporate, licensing and transactional issues.
Marco Kerschen is a member of a voluntary bar association for the state of New York, the New York State Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice law in Great Britain. Mr. Kerschen is active in various professional associations and is a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences.
On June 24, 2019, Mr. Kerschen was appointed interim member of the Board of Directors of Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG by the Supervisory Board of Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG.
With the renaming of Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG to a GmbH on August 06, 2020, Marco Kerschen remains a member of the management board.
