Richard Johns Ieng

Richard Johns IEng is an experienced transportation and compliance professional with a strong background in fleet management. Currently serving as the National Driver Behaviour and Compliance Manager at Alliance Healthcare since July 2019, Richard sets technical standards for driver safety and compliance for approximately 2000 drivers and 1500 vehicles. Prior to this role, Richard worked at G4S in various positions, including Regional Fleet Engineer and Regional Transport Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with vehicle management standards and managing a fleet of over 750 vehicles. Earlier experience includes serving as an Artificer Quarter Master Sergeant in the British Army, contributing to a diverse skill set in operational management and compliance oversight.
