Prudence Kuai

Prudence Kuai was named Chief Information Officer of Akumin after the finalization of the acquisition of Alliance HealthCare Services in September of 2021. Ms. Kuai joined Alliance HealthCare Services as Chief Information Officer in October of 2018. Ms. Kuai brings more than 25 years of experience leading winning medical informatics and data science teams, including as CIO with Florida Blue, the largest health benefits company in Florida, as well as Arcadian Health, Wellpoint, Inc. and FHP International Corporation. In addition, Ms. Kuai has significant product management experience, having managed al in-market software products at TriZetto Group, a leading healthcare information technology company. Ms. Kuai received her B.S. and M.A. degrees in Mathematics from University of Texas, Arlington.
