Michel Allen

Michel Allen has extensive experience in mental health and community leadership, currently serving as a Trauma Therapist at Alliance Healthcare Services since June 2022, specializing in PTSD treatment. Prior experience includes counseling at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and holding the position of Executive Director at Diversity Memphis, where responsibilities involved board leadership and fundraising. Michel's earlier roles feature consulting and management positions, including Director of Institutional Advancement at both the Bodine School and Jubilee Catholic Schools, achieving significant fundraising goals. Additional experience spans sales management in the arts and media sectors. Michel holds a Master of Social Work from Union University, an MBA from New York University, and a degree in Art History from the University of Denver.
