Cath Pullin

Cath Pullin currently serves as the Head of Housing and Community Services at Alliance Homes Group, a position held since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing customer-facing housing services, income collection, and overseeing the Customer Contact Centre and Complaints teams. Previously, from November 2008 to September 2018, Cath Pullin worked at Bron Afon Community Housing, initially as Head of Community Investment & Involvement, attracting over £2m in external funding and establishing key community programs, before advancing to Head of Inclusion and Support. Cath Pullin's career began in December 1999 at Forest of Dean District Council as Group Manager for Community Services, overseeing various community initiatives and partnerships. Educationally, Cath Pullin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a degree in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
