Katy Goom

Katy Goom has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a Resourcing and L&D Advisor at Alliance Homes Group since August 2015, where responsibilities include payroll for over 300 employees, comprehensive recruitment processes, and various HR administrative tasks. Prior to this role, Katy volunteered as a webmaster for NCT Charity, worked as an Administrator at Wessex Water, and served as a Training and Compliance Facilitator at Bristol Wessex Billing Services Limited, where in-house training and auditing of staff were key duties. Additional experience includes mentoring first-year university students and working as a Sales Assistant at Primark. Katy holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Gloucestershire, earned in 2011.
