Amanda Black is currently the Operations Manager at Alliance InfoSystems. Prior to their current position, Amanda was the Education and Marketing Communication Manager at the Public Employees' Retirement Fund from November 2005 to May 2006. In this role, Amanda developed the overall vision and implementation plan for retirement education communication platform overhaul, impacting 220,000 Plan participants. Amanda also communicated the successes of the Plan via newsletters, website, pamphlets and press releases. In addition, Amanda managed a team of writers and graphic designers responsible for Plan communications, including comprehensive annual financial reports and interactive participant website.

Prior to their role at the Public Employees' Retirement Fund, Amanda was a Senior Portfolio Analyst at 40|86 Advisors from August 2000 to November 2005. In this role, Amanda provided portfolio analysis on Conseco portfolios, totaling over $26 billion, including recommending, implementing and reviewing strategies to enhance portfolio investment performance. Amanda also directed the creation of various investment-related communication projects to high profile constituents including Boards and ratings agencies. Furthermore, Amanda constructed and coordinated message among various departments, delegated assignments, and produced and delivered presentations.

Amanda Black has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from Hanover College and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Anderson University. Amanda is also certified from the CAIA Association as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
