Deepak Gupta

Deepak Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at HCL Technologies since April 2016, specializing in Cisco Voice. Prior to this role, Deepak worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist and Senior VoIP Engineer at Alliance Infotech Pvt. Ltd, contributing to VoIP-related products since December 2013. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior System Engineer at snom technology (I) Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to December 2013, also focusing on VoIP products. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University, completed in 2010, and has foundational education in Computer and Information Sciences from Model School Dalmianagar.
