Dan Dedering

Dan Dedering is currently the Value Stream Manager at Generac Power Systems since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Production Manager - Fabrication at Dorner Mfg. Corp. and Core Process Manager at Alliance Laundry Systems. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Dan managed over 200 people in assembly line production departments, specializing in front load washers, top load washers, dryers, and tumbler dryers. Before their current roles, Dan worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Leach Company, where Dan designed chassis interface components for refuse equipment. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
