Justin McMillan

Justin McMillan has a diverse work experience in finance and has held various roles in different companies. Justin started their career as a Financial Analyst at Huntsman in 2004 and later joined Weatherford as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2007. In the same year, they transitioned to Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, where they served as a Portfolio Finance Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Commercial Finance Manager. Justin then became a Finance Business Partner at the company, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are working at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, where they started as the Finance Director for Innovation & Product Management in 2021. Justin has recently been promoted to the position of Director of Finance - Corporate FP&A.

Justin McMillan earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Justin attended Christian Brothers High School from 1996 to 1998. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Product Management & Strategy from The Wharton School, with an expected completion date in 2023.
