Adam Malley

Adam Malley is currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist in Corporate Marketing and Responsible Banking at Santander UK since May 2023. Prior to this role, Adam worked at DXC Technology from October 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading internal communications for the EMEA region and serving as the Co-Finance Officer and MarCom Lead for the UK&I PRIDE Business Resource Group. Adam also managed the regional strategic direction for the award-winning THRIVE Thought Leadership Programme and contributed to initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility of LGBT+ issues within the workplace. Earlier experience includes roles at Lloyds Banking Group as a Project Support Desk Analyst and IT Business Analyst. Adam holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland and a BSc in Criminology from the same institution, complemented by a BTEC National Diploma in Uniformed Public Services from Lancaster and Morecambe College.
