Kathy Adams is an experienced personal assistant with a comprehensive background in administrative support across various sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Head of Homes and Mortgages Commercial Director at Santander UK since March 2017, Kathy has held several key positions within the organization, providing extensive support to directors in the mortgages and business banking sectors, including managing diaries, preparing meeting materials, and overseeing inbox management. Prior to Santander UK, Kathy worked at Home Retail Group PLC for over 13 years, assisting the Group HR Director and other executives with complex diary management and administration. Additional experience includes roles at John Laing Homes, Exel, and Cable&Wireless Worldwide, further establishing a strong foundation in HR and training coordination, as well as administrative functions.
