Luke Pearce

Luke Pearce is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Data Engineering, DevOps, and Platforms at Santander UK since March 2022. Previously, Luke held multiple senior roles at Barclays from September 2006 to April 2022, including Chief Data Officer Barclays UK, Co-Head of Shared Technology, and various leadership positions focused on information management, customer insights, and finance reporting. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Consultant at Capiotech and Senior Consultant at GE Consumer Finance. Luke holds a degree in Japanese and Economics from Sheffield University and completed secondary education at Colchester Royal Grammar School.
