Paul Horlock

Paul Horlock has extensive experience in the payments and financial services sector, currently serving as Chief Payments Officer at Santander UK since February 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions, including CEO at Pay.UK and the New Payments System Operator from October 2017 to February 2021, and Head of Group Service Management at Nationwide Building Society, where responsibilities included the delivery of payment services and IT infrastructure. Additionally, Paul has held senior roles at Barclays Bank as Head of Global Payment Processing and at several insurance companies in management capacities, demonstrating a diverse background in both banking and insurance sectors.
