Josh McKim

Joshua M. McKim is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate professional, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Alliance Management Hospitality Management since November 2018. In addition to this role, Joshua co-owns McKim Properties and Coquila, both of which are closed-ended real estate property trusts, established in March 2015 and February 2013 respectively. Joshua also holds the position of Partner and Investor at The Bookler since November 2012, contributing to a technology-driven platform for selling new and used books, which has successfully shipped over 250,000 orders. Joshua's educational background includes a degree in Golf Turf Grass Management from The Ohio State University in 2018 and an earlier degree from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2006 to 2011.
