Anne-Laure Giannesini

Anne-Laure Giannesini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal affairs. Currently serving as DRH et Directrice juridique at Alliance Marine Group since October 2021, Giannesini is responsible for defining and deploying the group's HR, legal, and corporate social responsibility policies across multiple sites in France and Europe. Previously, from February 2016 to September 2021, Giannesini held the position of RRH et Responsable Juridique Groupe, overseeing legal and HR operations for four sites with 200 employees and providing support for a larger group of 700. Giannesini's legal expertise was further developed during time as an Avocat en droit social at Cabinet FIDAL from January 2011 to August 2015, focusing on social law, individual and collective labor relations, and HR strategy. Additionally, teaching experience as Chargée de Travaux Dirigés at the Université de Droit d'Angers complements a strong educational background, including a CAPA in social law from ECOA and a Master 2 in business law from the Université d'Angers.
