Bouady Attey

Bouady ATTEY is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR operations across various regions including Africa, Europe, and Asia. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Operations at the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT since March 2023, Bouady previously held significant roles at UNICEF from October 2017 to February 2023, including Country HR Manager for Niger and Senior Human Resources Project Manager, where key achievements included the restructuring of the HR business partner model and the development of targeted career advancement programs. Bouady's earlier positions include Head of Human Resources Management Division at the African Union, HR Director at Bio-Rad Laboratories, and various HR management roles in prominent organizations such as BNP Paribas and Nestle Cote d'Ivoire. Bouady holds a DESS in HR Management and Development from INSTITUT DE GESTION SOCIALE, attained in 2005.
