Susan Varghese

Susan Varghese, SHRM-PMQ, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Susan is currently the Director of People & Culture at The American Society of Agronomy, Crop Science Society of America, and Soil Science Society of America, providing management and administrative support services. Prior to their current role, Susan was the Director of People and Culture at the Alliance of Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science Societies (ACSESS). Susan also has experience as a Teaching Faculty at Madison Area Technical College, teaching courses on Human Resources, Employment Law, and Business. Susan worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Amazon and had a role as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Workflex at the Wisconsin State Council SHRM.
