Ambre Gilmore is an experienced HR professional with a diverse skill set. Ambre began their career as an HR Generalist at CSG Openline, where they performed full-cycle recruiting and managed benefits programs. Ambre then moved on to PACCAR as an Area Human Resources Manager, where they led recruiting efforts and provided coaching to staff and managers. Next, Ambre worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an HR Generalist/Business Partner, managing employee relations and optimizing employee engagement levels. Currently, they hold the position of HR Manager-Head of Department at Alliance Packaging LLC.
Ambre Gilmore, SHRM-SCP, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Texas Woman's University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Washington State University between 2002 and 2005.
In addition to their educational background, Ambre Gilmore has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) after completing the certification program offered by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in January 2017, they earned the designation of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Lastly, they obtained the SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification from SHRM in July 2020.
