Will Crites

Will Crites has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Will is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Packaging LLC since September 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Sage Homes Northwest from April 2015 to May 2019, where they managed finance, accounting, human resources, and project management. Will played a crucial role in securing financing to support the company's growth and reduce financing costs. Before that, Will worked as the Chief Financial Officer at T&A Supply Company and Pacific Mat & Commercial Flooring from April 2011 to April 2015. Will led the finance, accounting, and human resources departments and contributed to the companies' success.

Will began their career as a Tax Manager at Kueckelhan Crutcher & Co and as a Senior Accountant at Maginnis & Carey LLP.
