David Bruce has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Alliance Recruiting Resources since May 2001. Prior roles include COO at The Woolf Group (2000-2001), Director of Recruiting at Horizon Health (1995-1999), and National Director of Recruiting at Horizon Mental Health Management (1995-1999). David also held the position of Regional Vice President at Jackson & Coker from 1988 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a degree in Rehab Studies with an emphasis on business, economics, and marketing from the University of North Texas (1984-1987) and earlier studies at Abilene Christian University (1982-1984) and Graham High School (1979-1982).
