Jon Garshick

Jon Garshick joined the Development team at Alliance in 2014 and has since participated in the delivery of more than 2,600 units across 11 separate multifamily assets. His responsibilities include site selection, underwriting, obtaining entitlements as well as design and construction management. In addition, Jon oversees various leasing and disposition duties for properties within the Southwest region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Michigan, and earned his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas. Jon is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Phoenix Community Alliance.
