Tyson Schwerdtfeger

Tyson Schwerdtfeger currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Alliance Resource Partners, L.P., a position held since September 2011, where responsibilities include advising senior management on legal strategies, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and federal securities law compliance, as well as managing transaction structuring for mineral and royalty acquisitions.
