Heidi Huff

Heidi Huff has extensive work experience in the retail and grocery industry. Heidi is currently the Senior Vice President of Consumer Engagement at Alliance Retail Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Chief Member at Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, starting in July 2021. Heidi was also a member of the WGA Executive Female Leaders (EXFL) at Women Grocers of America from September 2022. Heidi has also been an active participant in various industry organizations, including serving as a Board of Regents Member at NGA Foundation since January 2021 and as an Executive Board Member at Women Grocers of America - WGA since February 2015. Earlier in their career, Heidi held several leadership positions at IGA, USA, including Vice President of Business Partnerships, Senior Director of Red Oval (CPG) Partnerships, Director of Marketing, and Manager of Marketing and Retail Programs. Before joining IGA, they worked as an Operations Manager at Building Leaders and as an Area Catering Manager at Corner Bakery Cafe.

Heidi Huff attended Luther College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Biology.
