Shelly Bickford

Shelly Bickford has been working as a Human Resources Generalist at Interventional Management Services/Alliance Spine and Pain Center since January 2007. Shelly is responsible for onboarding new hires, training on the HRIS, processing payroll, time and attendance, employee files maintenance for Joint Commission Surveys, employment verifications, new hire orientation, creating and updating HR forms, creating ID badges, ordering and inventorying scrubs/uniforms, assisting the recruiter, assisting with open enrollment, and various other HR tasks. In addition, Shelly also holds the position of Human Resources Director at Alliance Spine and Pain Centers.
