Kim van Soelen

Kim Van Soelen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business strategy, development, and account management. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Alliance Technical Group since January 2024, Kim previously held multiple senior leadership positions at AECOM from February 2016 to October 2023, including Senior Vice President for Strategy & Growth and Corporate Market Sector Client Development Director. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President/Director of Strategic Accounts at HOK and roles focusing on marketing and business development at firms such as Design Workshop and Tri Star Builders. Kim holds a BA in Journalism from San José State University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
