Stephen Phillips

Stephen Phillips is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in production management, customer service, and education. Currently serving as Senior Production Manager at Alliance Wine since June 2016, Stephen has previously held roles as Production Coordinator and Customer Service Executive within the same company. Prior experience includes managing operations as Restaurant Manager at MacCallum's of Troon, where exemplary customer service and stock management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Stephen has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Glasgow, instructing undergraduate students in English Literature, and worked as a Medical Records Administrator at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Stephen holds an MLitt in English Literature and a Master of Arts in English Literature and Film Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
