Jacob Franek

Jacob Franek is a co-founder, core contributor, and co-pilot at Alliance. Jacob was previously the head of data solutions at Coin Metrics from January 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they were an associate director of strategic market access at Pharmerit International from January 2017 to December 2018. Franek has also worked as a director of methodology at Doctor Evidence, LLC from January 2015 to December 2017. Jacob has also served as a senior consultant of clinical epidemiology and a senior clinical epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2012 to December 2015. In addition, Franek has worked as a team lead and clinical epidemiologist at Health Quality Ontario (HQO) from January 2008 to October 2012. Jacob has also worked as a pharmacoepidemiologist at Cancer Care Ontario (Program in Evidence-Based Care) from January 2007 to December 2008 and as an infection control epidemiologist associate at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto from January 2007 to December 2007. Finally, Franek has also worked as a public health epidemiologist associate at Middlesex London Health Unit from January 2006 to December 2006.

Jacob Franek has a Masters of Health Sciences from the University of Toronto in Community Health and Epidemiology. Jacob also has a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University in Microbiology and Immunology.
