Charlie Marlow-Thomas

Charlie Marlow-Thomas is an experienced professional in ESG strategy and operations, currently serving as the ESG Strategy & Operations Manager and ESG Product Specialist at AllianceBernstein since August 2022. Prior to this role, Charlie worked at Alpha FMC from March 2019 to September 2022 as the Manager of ESG in Asset & Wealth Management, focusing on delivering high-priority ESG strategy projects for Asset and Wealth Managers. Charlie's expertise includes ESG integration into fixed income investments, ESG strategy review, regulatory interpretation, and programme management for post-merger integration. Earlier military experience as a Captain in the British Army and an internship with Street Child further complement professional qualifications. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Durham University and a PGCert in Leadership and Conflict Studies from Cranfield University.
