Elroy Lee Mihailov

Elroy Lee Mihailov is an experienced UX designer with a strong background in translating business goals into user-centered designs. Currently serving as AVP Senior UX Designer at AllianceBernstein since April 2021, Elroy has led significant projects including the redesign of a financial forecasting application and the initiation of a material-based design system. Previous roles include Product Designer at HealthStream, where user flows and prototypes were developed for application rewrites, and User Experience Designer at Kroll, focusing on customer-facing web portals and internal CRM applications. Additional experience includes software application design at 20|20 and roles in web marketing and graphic production at Valutec Card Solutions. Elroy holds a B.S. in Music with a minor in Education from Greenville University.
