Howard Weinberg

Howard Weinberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and high-yield research. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of High Yield Research at AllianceBernstein since February 2024, Weinberg previously held the position of Senior Credit Analyst at Shenkman Capital Management from August 2014 to February 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director at UBS, with responsibilities as a Credit Desk Analyst covering sectors such as Homebuilding, Building Products, Food & Beverage, as well as Retail and Consumer. Weinberg began a notable career at GE Capital, where as Vice President from 1995 to 2006, duties included leading deal teams on middle market transactions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
