Kate Whalen

Kate Whalen has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Kate currently holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at AllianceBernstein. Prior to this, they worked at BlackRock for over a decade, where they held various roles including Director of Global Credit, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of European Credit, Vice President of Alternative Investments, Associate of the US Wealth Advisory Executive Team, and Analyst of the US Wealth Advisory Executive Team. In addition to their roles in the financial sector, they also worked as a Pilotlighter at Pilotlight for a year.

Kate Whalen attended Penn State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 2007, they also attended East China Normal University for a brief period to study Business Chinese.
