Katie Hogrefe

Katie Hogrefe is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and program management, currently serving as an AO/People Talent Specialist at AllianceBernstein since September 2019. Responsibilities include planning and executing summer internship programs, managing new graduate programs, evaluating talent needs with stakeholders, delivering professional development workshops, and overseeing the ReInvest Returnship Program. Katie also co-chaired the AB Out LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, significantly increasing engagement and community presence. Previous roles at AllianceBernstein and other organizations included responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, and operational support. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
