Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson began their work experience in 1983 as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mark then worked as a Corporate Associate at Shearman and Sterling from 1987 to 1996. In 1996, they joined AllianceBernstein and has been promoted to various positions, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Counsel. In this role, they manage a team of attorneys and compliance specialists, provides legal services to financial advisors and managing directors, handles client complaints and regulatory inquiries, and oversees department restructuring and employee litigation. Mark also has prior experience in international private client and institutional asset management matters.

Mark Nelson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Florida from 1979 to 1983. Mark then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1984 to 1987.
