Noel Archard

Noel Archard, CFA, currently serves as the Global Head of ETFs at AllianceBernstein since February 2022. Prior to this role, Noel held significant positions at State Street Global Advisors from April 2017 to January 2022, including Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Product for the SPDR Product line. Noel's extensive experience also includes a tenure at BlackRock from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed Managing Director & CEO for BlackRock Canada and leading Global Product Development for iShares. Earlier career milestones at Vanguard from 1996 to 2006 involved roles in Institutional ETF Sales Management and ETF Product Management. Noel began professional development at Radnor Capital Management from 1993 to 1996. Educational credentials include a degree from Northwestern University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
