Kevin Mark

Kevin Mark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and tax credits. Currently serving as Director of Tax Credits at Alliance Human Capital Management since August 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Director of Service Operations at Vault Health, where leadership focused on enhancing turnaround times and client relationships in workplace drug and alcohol testing. At First Advantage, Kevin excelled as Senior Operations Manager for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit division, overseeing significant operational workflows and the professional development of a large team. Earlier career roles include Operations Supervisor at LTCG, managing customer service teams, and at the Indiana Department of Revenue, leading a tax administration team.
