Laura Montrucchio has extensive work experience in the field of tax planning and international tax. Laura began their career as the Head of Tax & Internal Audit Director at GRUPPO FINANZIARIO TESSILE S.P.A. in 1992 and held this position until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they worked for Ernst & Young Milan as a Senior Tax Manager, primarily focusing on international tax planning. In 1999, Laura joined L'Oréal as the Europe Tax Director and Corporate Transversal Projects Director, where they remained until 2009. Since 2008, Laura has been working at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as the Corporate Tax Planning & International Tax Director. Their role involves developing tax strategies at a consolidated level, managing international tax policies, and coordinating the international tax department across various regions.

Laura Montrucchio attended the INSEAD Global Leadership for growth program in 2007. Laura also obtained a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT degree from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Additionally, they have a Doctorate in Economics & Commerce from the University of Economics & Commerce Turin Italy. Laura Montrucchio also holds a Statutory Auditors Diploma from Turin Italy.
