Dan'Elle Watkins

Dan'elle Watkins is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at AllianceRx Walgreens Prime since May 2018, Dan'elle has previously held roles at Plymouth State University as a Guest Lecturer, the National Restaurant Association, and as a contractor at Walt Disney World, focusing on training design for marketing and call center initiatives. With earlier positions including Sr. Instructional Designer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Mayo Clinic, and Senior Multimedia Designer at Lockheed Martin, Dan'elle has developed computer-based training, gamified patient education materials, and educational apps. Professional beginnings include experience as an ESE Teacher with Orange County Public Schools and as a Continuing Education Instructor at Florida Hospital. Dan'elle holds a Master’s degree in Educational Media Design & Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Teaching from Indiana State University.
