Hicham Azir

Hicham Azir holds the position of Directeur Technique at Alliances in Cameroon since October 2015, where responsibilities include the construction of eight hospitals and 800 housing units equipped with socio-cultural amenities for the Ministry of Health and National Habitat. Additionally, Hicham has served as Directeur de projets at Alliances Développement Immobilier from November 2005, overseeing significant projects such as the construction of the new CIMR headquarters and the ARENES complex, which includes a 100-meter high office tower, a five-star hotel, luxury residential units, and a commercial gallery. Hicham's extensive experience also includes the development of residential and hotel projects in the LIXUS resort and the construction of Novotel and Ibis hotels. Educational credentials include an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from École Mohammadia des Ingénieurs and a certificate in Soil Economy and Real Estate from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
