Anne-Lot Rameau is a seasoned professional in transition and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior RTE for large work packages at Alliander since January 2024. With extensive experience as a Change Manager, Organizational Advisor, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Facilitator, and Trainer, Rameau has contributed to several prominent organizations including Rabobank, Eneco, de Volksbank, SNS Bank, IKNL, bol.com, and Inspire Innovation BV, where a strong focus has been on agile methodologies, customer-centric strategies, and team dynamics. Rameau holds a Master of Science in Culture, Organization & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has pursued further education in integral applied psychology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management.
