Floor Martens

Floor Martens has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner, HR Product Owner, and HR Consultant at Alliander since October 2021. Prior to this role, Floor held various positions at First Consulting from June 2015 to October 2021, including Manager, Senior Consultant, HR & Talent Manager, and Consultant. Additionally, Floor worked as a Business Consultant at Ordina from March 2014 to May 2015 and contributed to the Program Sustainable Energy at Stichting DOEN from September 2013 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Board Member in Marketing for the International Research Project MAA from June 2011 to November 2012. Floor holds a Master of Science in Policy, Communication, and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam obtained in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences earned in 2010.
