Kay Waardenburg

Kay Waardenburg is a Digital Transformation Manager at Alliander since December 2021. Prior to that, Kay worked as an IT Project Manager at KPN from November 2019 to November 2021 and as a Consultant at Peoplerise from September 2016 to August 2019. Kay has a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from Leiden University and a Master's degree in self-organised education on entrepreneurship and facilitation from Knowmads Business School. Throughout their career, Kay has shown success in implementing continuous improvement approaches, facilitating product planning sessions, and achieving positive results such as reducing SAP incidents and successful recruitment strategies.
