Maarten Sloot

Maarten Sloot currently serves as the Epic Owner for digital substations at Alliander since July 2021, focusing on the rollout and development of MV and LV measurement platforms and implementing retrofit MV sensors for Eaton Magnefix installations. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens from September 2018 to July 2021, where Maarten was the Chairman of the Young Siemens board and worked as a Portfolio Manager in Smart Infrastructure, developing products related to Energy Efficiency and Asset Management. Previous positions also include involvement in energy transition research at EnTranCe, a graduate internship in Energy Management at Siemens, and various internships in Lean implementation and operations. Maarten holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Hanze and a minor in Slim Produceren.
