Oscar Zwiers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and business development, particularly in the energy and mobility sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Alliander since October 2018, Oscar is focused on enabling the Energy Transition within a rapidly evolving landscape. Prior to this, Oscar held significant roles at Allego, ETTU, and Ballast Nedam, where expertise in innovation management and the development of electric mobility infrastructure was demonstrated.
