Patricia Rens

Patricia Rens possesses extensive experience in corporate recruitment, currently serving as an interim corporate recruiter at Nestlé since June 2021 and as a senior interim corporate recruiter at Alliander since June 2019. Patricia is also the founder of Patricia's Kracht, where coaching sessions involve self-reflection and insight development through interactions with horses. Previous roles include interim corporate recruiter positions at Mammoet, MS Mode, and Odfjell SE, and a senior corporate recruiter role at Cargill, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment in The Netherlands. Patricia's foundational experience in recruitment began at Korn/Ferry International and Nijsse.
